Facial peeling - oatmeal and nut scrub
This peeling will give odds to salon procedures! Mix flakes and nuts in equal parts, chop in a blender. If you want to combine the cleansing procedure with nutrition, after peeling, leave the product on the skin for 10-15 minutes.
Stone facial massage
This procedure is simply divine! And most importantly, the facial skin after it feels as if you just returned from the sea coast yesterday! For a stone massage, you need two rounded pebbles. Put one in hot water (temperature 50-60 C), the other in the refrigerator. Massage your face and neck along the massage lines with a warm stone, then a cold one.
