Summer skin care
Do you like the sun and the summer heat? But your skin is not very. For a carefree attitude to her, she takes revenge on the appearance of wrinkles, age spots, oily sheen and enlarged pores.

The main problems that our skin experiences during the summer are damage caused by ultraviolet light. Classical examples: sunburn, pigmentation disorders (age spots), as well as damage to collagen and elastin fibers, the so-called photoaging (here they are, wrinkles!).
Of course, UV is not only harmful in the summer. The rays of group A, which are dangerous for our beauty and health, which can even cause cancer, are present in the atmosphere all year round and in any weather. Therefore, dermatologists recommend daily applying to the face with an agent with an SPF factor of at least 15, and in the summer with a higher factor, for example, 30. This will prevent many skin troubles.
When choosing a sunscreen, consider where you are: in the city or on the seashore. For protection in the city, it is enough to choose a remedy with SPF 15-30 - it can be a day cream or foundation. If you are going to the beach, grab special “beach” products with more powerful filters, for example, 50-60.
Under the degree
High air temperature is also not the best friend of the skin. In the heat, perspiration intensifies. The sebum on the surface dissolves in sweat, and the face acquires a greasy shine. In addition, fat, mixed with sweat, dirt and keratinized particles, can clog into enlarged pores and cause the formation of acne, inflammation and black spots. It will help to cope with this daily basic care appropriate to the type of skin.
Talking numbers
Did you know that the SPF factor shows a specific time. For example: take the number of minutes during which your skin does not burn in the sun without protection (for example, 10), multiply this number by the SPF value (for example, you use SPF 30), and you get the maximum duration of UV protection, which this product is capable of providing (in our example, 300 minutes).
Do this:
Twice a day (morning and evening) cleanse the skin of dust and fat with gentle means, exfoliate dead cells with a soft scrub, and also moisturize with antioxidants and vitamins. Once a week, face masks are welcome!
Water treatments
Under the influence of sunlight, moisture intensively evaporates from the surface of the skin, which can lead to dehydration and, as a consequence, the appearance of wrinkles.
Do this:
Use products that increase the skin's ability to retain moisture. This effect is possible due to the ingredients you are familiar with - hyaluronic acid and glycerin.
Hyaluronic acid provides hydration by retaining moisture inside the skin. In turn, glycerin intensively nourishes the skin with moisture from the outside. These two components can moisturize the skin for 12 hours, while helping it adapt to changes in external temperature and humidity.
Vitamins A and E normalize the functioning of the sebaceous glands and prevent the excessive secretion of sebum.
Without spots
Sunlight is one of the factors causing hyperpigmentation - excessive coloring of certain areas of the skin. To eliminate age spots, medications containing bleaching agents are traditionally used. However, with sensitive skin, this can lead to irritation and allergic reactions.
Do this:
Pay attention to the means of a new generation - they fight against existing spots and protect against the appearance of new ones without causing skin irritation.
And remember: the problem can be prevented by carefully protecting your skin from ultraviolet radiation daily.
From 2 to 60 fluctuates the level of SPF in the funds. SPF 2 holds up to 50% of harmful rays, SPF 60 - 98%.
Summer Rule No. 1
If in the summer the skin constantly glistens, and the makeup flows, you can not do without matting agents. The first aid is seboregulatory cream or serum. The matting base for makeup will come to the next aid, and on top - the same tone or powder. During the day, it is better to correct makeup with special napkins so as not to turn makeup into a layer cake of sebum and cosmetic pigment. And in the evening you can powder your face again.
Summer Rule No. 2
For a beach holiday, dermatologists recommend cosmetics with an SPF of at least 30. Apply the product 15-20 minutes before going outside. If you bathe, update the product after you get out of the water. This also applies to individuals! In any case, applying a new layer of sunscreen is recommended every two hours. And forget about saving! (About 30 g of product is required to protect the whole body.)
